Genre: Fiction--Thriller
Completed: 19 September 2020
Summary & Review:
After an ambush wipes out his entire SEAL Team in Afghanistan, James Reece returns home only to find his daughter and pregnant wife murdered. As Reece begins to piece together the conspiracy that has resulted in the deaths of so many he cared about, he undertakes the grim task of hunting down those responsible.
This was a fun book. Reece was an entertaining character and since author Jack Carr is a former Navy SEAL himself, the book had a lot of believable details about military weapons and tactics. I look forward to reading book #2 in the series.
