Summary & Review:
Eight young boys meet together to go trick-or-treating on the best night of the year: Halloween. But, wait! Where is there friend Pipkin? As they go to find him they encounter a mysterious man who takes them on a journey through history discovering the traditions that have been our modern Halloween. Along the way the might just be able to save their friend, too.
Parts of this book were very interesting and were fun to picture. Other parts, not so much. Bradbury wrote this as a children’s or young adult book, but I think it would probably go over the heads of most kids under 15 or 16.
