Summary & Review:The third installment of the Twilight Saga finds Bella and Edward back together and loving it. Of course, when your boyfriend is a vampire and your best friend is a werewolf, that sort of bliss can't last long. Victoria, the begrudged lover of James (killed by Edward in the first book) is back to exact her revenge by killing Bella. To save her, the Cullens must enlist the help of the Quileute werewolf pack, a tenuous treaty to say the least. If a vengeful vampire after her wasn't bad enough, Bella must also make up her mind between Edward and Jacob. Who will she choose?
I didn't enjoy this book as much as the other two, mainly because the character of Bella was really frustrating. For two books now she has been completely obsessed with Edward, always expressing her undying love for him and only him. But now in this book, she's all like, "I'm in love with Jacob, too!" This whole twist of her loving Jacob in addition to Edward totally negates everything in the first two books about her relationship with Edward and makes her a complete hypocrite. Plus, it seemed like we had seen the action part of the storyline before.
