Summary & Review:
Gabe and his family are spending Christmas break in Egypt with his uncle and cousin. His uncle is a renowned scientists and archaeologist who is exploring new chambers within the Great Pyramid. When Gabe and his cousin Sari stumble across a secret chamber, the are soon at risk of becoming the pyramid’s newest mummies.
I really enjoyed reading this book to the kids. It is only the fifth book in the Goosebumps series and was quite a bit different than some of the later ones. It relied less on gimmicky cliffhangers and spoofs and was more of a true thriller.
