486. Title & Author: Goosebumps: Night of the Living Dummy II by R.L. Stine (120 pages)
Genre: Fiction--Children’s Literature
Completed: 24 November 2019
Summary & Review:
Amy has always felt overshadowed by her more talented siblings. Desperate to find something to make herself stand out, she turns to ventriloquism, encouraged by her father who brings her home a new dummy. But, there is more to this dummy than meets the eye and when strange and nefarious things start happening, Amy realizes maybe ventriloquism isn’t for her.
The kids seem to really like the character of Slappy in these Goosebumps books. As soon as I finished reading this second entry with Slappy, Fox made me start Night of the Living Dummy III.
